UNpkl Data Deletion Request

User data stored by UNpkl:-

• We store your email address to enable cloud connections (if cloud subscription is enabled) to your router and for providing support.

• Inactive users’ email address will be deleted within 12 months of inactivity.

Data safety and deletion steps for UNpkl Android / iOS application:-

• To get your email address or any other data you may want deleted email us at “support@unpkl.io”.

• Include the email address you want deleted to us as well as any other info you think is relevant.

• Your request for deletion will be completed within 30 days and you will receive an email notification saying so.

• Once your email is deleted on our servers, you will have to create a new account with us if you wish to use the service again.
