UNpkl Standard Return Policy for Networking Hardware

This policy applies to all new UNpkl networking hardware purchased directly from UNpkl or an authorized UNpkl reseller.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns (Buyer's Remorse): You may return most new, unopened UNpkl items in their original condition within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: If the UNpkl item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect product, you must notify [Your Company Name] within 10 business days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility and Condition

For an UNpkl product return to be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), the product must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The UNpkl item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. If you do not like the product, or software accompanying the product, please let us know what we missed and try your best to maintain product packaging when returning. We are happy to reimburse and will work on fixing what we missed.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original UNpkl manufacturer's box and packaging, which must be intact and not defaced.

  • Complete Contents: All original UNpkl accessories, power adapters, cables, documentation (manuals, quick start guides), and unactivated software/licenses must be included.

  • No Tampering: The UNpkl product must have no physical damage, modifications, or evidence of tampering (e.g., broken seals).

  • De-registration (UNpkl Routers/Controllers): For UNpkl networking equipment that requires cloud account linkage or management (e.g., controllers), the device must be de-registered and removed from any associated cloud or user account before return. Failure to de-register the device will result in the return being denied or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Return Process

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require a valid RMA number. Do not send UNpkl products back without an RMA. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at [Contact Email/Phone] or submit a request via [Website Link].

  2. Package the Item: Once the RMA is approved, securely package the UNpkl product, preferably using a secondary outer box ("double-boxing") to protect the manufacturer's packaging. The RMA number must be clearly written on the exterior shipping label of the outer box.

  3. Ship the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance for the full purchase value of the UNpkl item.

4. Refunds and Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A minimum 15% restocking fee of the product price may be charged for any returned UNpkl item that is:

    • Returned outside the 30-day window.

    • Missing original packaging or accessories.

    • Not in new, unused, and resalable condition (e.g., minor cosmetic damage or evidence of use).

    • Still registered to a user account (see Section 2).

  • Denied Returns: UNpkl returns that are heavily used, materially damaged, missing essential components, or deemed non-returnable will be denied. The customer will be responsible for the cost to have the item shipped back to them.

  • Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and verified. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. UNpkl Manufacturer Warranty

This return policy is separate from the UNpkl Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Defective products discovered after the 30-day return window must be handled directly through the UNpkl warranty process.
