Manage your provisioned UNpkl gateways from the **Partner Portal** and mobile app—live traffic, maps, topology, security logs, and automation in one place.

Tip

Complete subscription enrollment and device provisioning before using the portal. Gateways must be linked to your account before live data appears here or in the mobile app.

Overview

UNpkl Cloud is the online control plane for gateways you have subscribed and provisioned (see UNpkl SaaS). Once a controller is linked to your account, it sends live network data to the nearest regional cloud endpoint. You sign in to the portal or app to see what is happening across your sites.

The cloud keeps your account, devices, subscriptions, and audit history together. UNpkl middleware sits between the portal, mobile app, and cloud services—it handles sign-in, routes requests to the right regional endpoint, and powers features such as the cloud AI assistant using your organization context.

Open the UNpkl Partner Portal in a web browser and sign in with the same email you used for subscription enrollment.

Use Account Sign up or Reset if you need to create an account or recover access. Clear Auth & Start Fresh helps when a browser session is stuck during troubleshooting.

Home dashboard

After sign-in, the Home tab shows a summary of your organization—the Network Operations Command Center.

Need Attention — alerts and jobs that may require a follow-up (for example pending approvals or failed tasks).

Networks — how many gateways are registered and online, with a quick security status.

Jobs — scheduled or custom monitoring and automation tasks running on your edges.

Metrics — recorded measurements from those jobs (bandwidth, health checks, and similar).

Audit logs — a preview of recent blocklist and policy events from your gateways; open the full audit view for details.

Use the top navigation to move between Home, Subscription, Live, and Jobs.

Live monitoring

The Live tab combines four views on one screen so you can monitor activity without switching tools.

Live — devices on your networks and their recent destinations (websites and DNS names). Toggle DNS only to hide plain IP addresses and focus on site names. This mirrors what you see in the mobile app’s Live data tab, aggregated for cloud fleets.

Maps — where traffic is going geographically. Markers show countries and regions your devices contact; useful for multi-site or roaming deployments.

Topology — how gateways, mesh agents, and clients connect back to the internet. Search by hostname, MAC, or IP to find a device quickly.

Connections — a live chart of active connections per gateway (hostname), so you can spot spikes or drops over time.

Security and audit logs

UNpkl Cloud applies layered protection on your gateways: known malicious addresses, category blocklists, and optional custom rules you upload for your organization. When traffic is stopped, an audit entry records what happened.

Open Live → Audit logs to inspect events by device.

Columns mean:

Time — when the event occurred
Source — the device that made the request (internal IP)
Target — the site or service it tried to reach
Action — typically block when a rule matched
Match / command — why it matched (for example an exact DNS block)

Custom allow lists can override system blocks when you need a trusted partner or internal service to stay reachable. Organization administrators manage those rules from the portal or API.

AI assistant

The AI assistant (bottom-right in the portal) helps you work in plain English instead of memorizing menus. It can use your subscription and device context when you ask about networks, jobs, maps, or security.

Examples of what you can ask:

Chart WAN bandwidth on a schedule
Summarize which devices generated the most blocks today
Open the job catalog for a pre-built monitoring template

Press Enter to send a message; Shift+Enter adds a new line. Use Attach when you need to include a file with your request.

Cloud Search in the mobile app follows a similar idea for fleet operators; local router Search is documented under Search & command.

How cloud and middleware fit together

You do not need to pick a regional server URL yourself. After provisioning, each gateway learns its assigned endpoint (for example a host like ukeast-01.unpkl.io) and streams data there automatically.

Gateway — enforces policy on your LAN and sends live metrics and audit events upstream
Cloud — stores accounts, devices, subscriptions, statistics, and audit history
Middleware — connects the portal and app to cloud services, including cloud AI chat
Partner Portal — web dashboard for fleet overview, live views, jobs, and audit logs
Mobile app — Live data, maps, topology, charts, and Search when signed in as a cloud user
