    • Please make sure you are connected to a SSID on the UNpkl WiFi network

    • Try to check if it is possible to connect via wired interface

    • Reboot router and retry after connecting to UNpkl WiFI network

    • Please make sure that the router WAN cable is connected to the LAN interface of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) modem.

    • Reboot router and retry

  • When a command like “block facebook” is entered, the WiFI nework learns all IP addresses from traffic and blocks them. Eventually the target website will be blocked. If you have any questions please contact support.

  • The most likely cause is that the web certificate expired.

    We make an effort to renew the certificate automatically, however the easiest way to get the app to working state is:

    1 Login via web interface and accept self signed certificate to continue to login

    2. In the search and command bar on the web application type “upgrade”
    This will install the latest build/certificates on the router and access via iOS/Android apps will be available once again
